06.04.2014

The reconstruction works of Järva County Vocational Training Centre campus facilities and construction of the new student accommodation–canteen started on the basis of the complex design (including architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, water supply, drainage and sewage systems, greenery, traffic schemes, canteen equipment, acoustic solutions, engineering-technical and environmental surveys, and project management as the prime contractor) prepared by Amhold.

The construction company (Nordecon AS) ordered the full design and shop drawings of reinforced concrete elements of the building and its facilities (including 72 wall panels, 59 columns, 38 beams, 7 stairway elements and 204 other reinforced concrete elements) from Amhold. The first task is to demolish the depreciated building and its facilities and to construct the new infra system (plot area 51,940m2) and the construction of the building will start thereafter.

Amhold performs the author’s supervision of the construction works. The estimated completion date of the construction is January 2012.
