Restoration and Extension Design of Estonian Literary Museum Completed

Amhold completed a complex construction design of restoration of the main building (built in 1894, net area 5958.1 m2, architectural monument) and new extension (net area 2880 m2, 4 floors) of Estonian Literary Museum.

Amhold provided the services of project management, architectural-historical, engineering-technical and environmental surveys, and design disciplines such as architecture, interior design, fittings, landscaping, structural engineering, heating, ventilation, cooling, hot and cold water supply, storm and waste water sewerage, drainage, fire safety, electrical high and low voltage systems, greenery, road and traffic schemes.

The completion of the restoration and construction works will be 2012.
